Connie Puckett

Connie Puckett, age 52, of Claypool, Indiana passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 1:11 AM in Anderson, IN. She was born October 16, 1966 in Hamilton, OH to David and Alice (Lambert) Eldridge. She was united in marriage to William Puckett in Lee County, KY on August 8, 1982. Connie is survived by her Husband, William of 36 years, three sons, one daughter, one sister, two brothers and six grandchildren. Her Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 11:00 AM in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with calling one hour prior to the service. Pastor Mike Parker will officiate the service with interment in Graceland Cemetery, Claypool.
