Christine Price

Christine Thorlakson Price age 88 of South Whitley, Indiana. passed away at Parkview Home Health Hospice in Fort Wayne, In. from Pancreatic Cancer. Christine was born May 7th,1929. Third child of Einar and Helga Thorlakson. Christine attended the Eastman school in Akra Township. After she graduated from Cavalier High School, she was employed with Dave Henderson, ASCS at the Court House. Christine married Earl Papenfuss June 3rd, 1951. To this union two daughters, Wendy and Connie were born. In 1958 Christine married Melvin Price, to this union, a son Jerry was born. Christine lived in Cavalier, ND, Grand Forks, ND, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Christine is survived by Wendy (Rod) Miller of Indianapolis, In, Connie Darley of Pompano Beach, Fl and Jerry (Krystyna) Price of Boca Raton, Fl. Stepchildren Cindy, Linda and Terry. Grandchildren Jamie Miller Sower, Eric Miller and Ashley. Miller, Mesha (Price) Abler, Kyle Price. Great grandchildren: Ella, Sophia, Trenton, Ethan, Owen, Beckham and Mya. Brother-in-law Duane Burling, Ferndale, WA, Sister Margaret Brooks, Eagen, MN, Brother, Elvin (Doreen) Thorlakson, Cavalier, ND. And many Nieces and Nephews, and special Friends Dawn Frank and Nancy Tom. Terrie Burling a niece very close to Chris. Preceding Christine in Death were her parents, Einar and Helga Thorlakson, Sister, Octavia Burling, sister-in-law Norma Thorlakson and grandchild Darley baby.
