Christine Ann Edwards

Christine Ann Edwards, age 72, of Warsaw, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in her residence. Christine was born February 20, 1949 in Warsaw, Indiana to Jack and Betty (Henderson) Knisely. She graduated from Warsaw Community High School. She was employed as a receptionist and office manager for Concepts in Stone since 2014.  She was a former employee for Phend and Brown from 1999 to 2014. Christine enjoyed gardening and she loved volunteering at her church in the nursery with small children.  She also loved the ocean and she especially enjoyed being a homemaker for her loving family. She was a wonderful sister, mother, friend and was adored by her grandchildren.  She was known to be the world’s best grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her siblings, family, as well as her two special “Roses”. Christine was an incredible giving, caring person, always putting others before herself.  She was a strong Christian woman and was not afraid to share her beliefs with others. She was a member of Warsaw Community Church and The River Group. Christine is survived by children; Joel (Amy) Edwards, of San Juan Capistrano, CA, Jackie (Jason) Timmerman, of Warsaw; siblings, Roberta Gregory, of Venice, FL, Dave (Betty) Knisely, of Warsaw, John (Lori) Knisely, of Syracuse, Tom (Sandy) Knisely, of Gainesville, FL, Mike (Liz) Knisely, of Venice, FL. In addition, she is survived by grandchildren, Ryan and Elise Edwards, Olivia and Jacob Timmerman, and Austin Burnworth. She was preceded in death by both parents and her brother-in-law, Danny Gregory. A Celebration of life for Christine will be planned at a later date.  McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is entrusted with the arrangements for the family.
