Cherish Morrissette

Cherish Starr Morrissette, 37, of Warsaw, passed away on June 24, 2023, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. She was born on May 10, 1986, to Rita (Fields) Sloderbeck and Eddie Dawson, both of Warsaw.

Cherish loved all things Irish, the TV show "Supernatural", and being "Nini" to her youngest cousins. She was loved and adored by her family and friends and will be missed tremendously.

She is survived by her parents, Rita and Eddie, her oldest sister, Chasity Taylor, brothers Tyler, Mike, and Darryl Dawson, aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins. She is preceded in death by her older sister Ashley Sloderbeck, her grandmother Mamie June Fields, her cousin Colby Plank, and various great aunts and uncles.

A visitation with family and friends will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon on Friday, June 30, 2023 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, 2290 Provident Ct. Warsaw. Funeral Services will be private. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
