Charles K. 'Chuck' Litsey

Charles K. “Chuck” Litsey, 75 of Pierceton, Indiana passed away at 9:25 am Tuesday, August 19, 2014 in his residence. He was born on October 9, 1938 in Frankton, to Samuel and Madge (Hays) Litsey. He was united in marriage to Betty L. Ousley on June 28, 1987, who survives. Chuck was an owner operator truck driver for over 40 years. He served our country in the U.S. Army from 1962 – 1967. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Betty L. Litsey, Pierceton; his step son, Craig W. Ousley, Martin, Kentucky and step daughter, Julia D. Blankenship, Warsaw; five grandchildren, Dustin Hamilton, Brittany (and spouse Jeremy) Scutchfield, Amanda Jaide Ousley, Cameron Ousley and Autumn Grace Ousley; five great grandchildren and his sister, Connie Pederson, Vero Beach, Florida and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Saturday, August 23, 2014 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with Ward Etsie Allen officiating. Burial will in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton. Visitation hours will be from 4:00 – 8:00 pm Friday, August 22, 2014 in the funeral chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Charles K. Litsey Funeral Fund, C/o Betty L. Litsey.
