Charles D. “Dwayne” Jarvis

Charles D. “Dwayne” Jarvis, 53 of Warsaw passed away Monday April 16, 2018 at 5:02 p.m. in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born on June 18, 1964 to Charles E. and Betty J. (Hughes) Jarvis in Warsaw. He graduated from Warsaw High School and has been a lifetime resident of Warsaw. On June 22, 2012 he married Cathrine Meade in Warsaw. He served as the President of a local Gun Club for five years. He loved racing, fishing and other sports. He worked for Zimmer Biomet. He was a Fiber Metal Machinist. Dwayne is survived by his wife, Cathrine Jarvis, Warsaw; his mother Betty J. (Lowel) Collins, Winona Lake; his father, Charles E. (Leslie) Jarvis, Green Valley, Arizona; a son, Erik (Tiara) Jarvis, Pierceton; a daughter, Alisha Jarvis; a sister, Paula (Todd) Haines, Milford; step children, Shiloh, Cody and Dillon King all of Pierceton; nephews Ryan (Shea) Smythe, Syracuse and Eric Haines and a niece Heidi Haines. *** A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday August 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Lake View Cemetery, Silver Lake, Indiana. Reverend Glen Hughes will officiate the service.**** Interment will be at Lake View Cemetery, Silver Lake, Indiana. The family is requesting that the memorial contribution be made to the Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County, PO Box 1906, Warsaw, IN 46581-1906.
