Carolyn R. Sowers

Carolyn R. Sowers, age 59, of South Whitley, IN passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 5:08 PM in Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City. She was born May 9, 1959 in Columbia City, IN to Gaylord and Marilyn (Scoby) Sowers. She was employed by Whitko Community Schools as a Custodian. Survivors include a daughter Elaine Lynn Hunt of Fort Wayne, IN, a brother Carl (spouse Laura) Sowers of Warsaw, her lifetime companion J. E. Hunt of South Whitley, her grandchild Garret Arthur of Warsaw and a one great-grandchild. A Graveside service will be conducted Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 11:00 AM in South Whitley Cemetery with Don Plank officiating.
