Carolyn J. Harrold

Carolyn J. Harrold, 83, of Warsaw, passed away peacefully with her daughters by her bedside at 10:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2024 at Stillwater Hospice in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

She was born on August 13, 1940 to Glen and Lucy (Watson) Parrett in Columbia City, Indiana. She worked for Whitley Products as a laborer until retirement.

Carolyn lived for BINGO and would play up to 78 cards at one time. She loved flowers and tending to her gardens and landscaping with solar lights. She enjoyed going to local plays and dinners with her family, and going to garage sales. Carolyn loved life and took every opportunity to live it to its fullest. She loved all animals and is deeply missed by her dog, Babie.

She is survived by her daughters: Pamela Kolawole of Warsaw, Rhonda (Michael) Holman of Florida, Chris Sutton of Pierceton and Kelly Arms of Pierceton; 13 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren; her twin sister Marilyn Pratt of Warsaw as well as many nieces and nephews.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Lou Jeffersen Howard; brother, Rex Parrett and 2 grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
