Carol L. Boden

Carol Boden went to be with her Lord on January 26, 2018, at Elmbrook Memorial Hospital, Brookfield, Wisconsin. Carol had just recently moved from Warsaw to Brookfield to be near family members. She was born to Charles and Julia Diamond, Akron, Ohio on February 23, 1925 and was preceded in death by her parents and siblings. She married Raymond Paul Boden in Barberton, Ohio on July 4, 1946, who preceded her in death in 2005. Paul and Carol had three children: Rebecca Earl of Waukesha, WI (spouse, Raymond Earl, deceased); Timothy Boden, Starkville, MS (spouse, Nancy Ash Boden); Christine Davis, Lynnwood, WA (spouse, William Davis). She is survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Paul and Carol served as a team in years of ministry serving churches in Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana, including First Christian Church, Warsaw. Carol was known and loved for her teaching, artwork, music, delightful sense of humor, and servant heart. A service to celebrate her life will be held at First Christian Church on Saturday, February 24, at 11:00 a.m. The family would welcome your presence to share in this tribute.
