C. Colleen Slone

C. Colleen Slone, age 87, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 7:30 AM in Mason Health Care and Rehabilitation, Warsaw. She was born May 25, 1930 in Auxier, KY to Joseph and Lucinda (Slaven) Wilson. Colleen was united in marriage to Isaac “Ike” Slone in Prestonsburg, KY on March 7, 1953. Ike preceded her February 7, 2013. She was formerly employed by Owens-Illinois/Kimble Glass of Warsaw as Packer and retired with 30 years of service. She is survived by her children John Slone of Warsaw, Mark Slone of Pierceton, Donna (spouse Steve) Burke of Warsaw and Diana (spouse Donald) Dugan of Rochester. Furthermore, grandchildren Sara Yarber of Bourbon, Jason (companion Beth) Slone, Ryan Slone and Kevin (companion Nikki Slone all of Pierceton and great-grandchildren Serenity and Isaac Slone and Allison Yarber survive. In addition to her husband Ike she was preceded by three sisters and 6 brothers. Visitation hours are scheduled from 1:00 to 4:00 PM Sunday, May 6, 2018 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, May 7, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Chapel with Pastor William Whitaker officiating. Interment will be follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
