Brinda Kay Bocook, 66, of Claypool, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021 in Visiting Nurse Hospice Home, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Born on October 15, 1954, in Warsaw, Indiana, Brinda was the daughter of Estill and Bessie (Marsillett) Hughes. Brinda was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County and she was a graduate of Warsaw Community High School in 1973. She was formerly employed with Sun Metal Products. Brinda attended the Pentecostal Lighthouse Church, Warsaw. Brinda is survived by her son, Jack Bocook of Warsaw; siblings, Henry (Judy) Hughes of Rochester, Glen (Linda) Hughes of Mentone, Betty (Lowell) Collins of Winona Lake, and Linda (Neil) Evans of Silver Lake. She was preceded in passing by siblings, Eula Hurd, Julie Hughes, Doris Conley, Elmer Hughes, Oliver B Hughes, and Toby Hughes. A visitation with family and friends is planned from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at the Pentecostal Lighthouse Church, 125 Fawley St, Warsaw. A funeral service in celebration of her life will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the church with her brother and Pastor, Glen Hughes, and Pastor Frank Whitaker officiating the services. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Silver Lake. Memorial donations may be made to Pentecostal Lighthouse Church 125 Fawley St. Warsaw, IN 46580
