Billy J. Newsome

Billy Joe Newsome, 75 years old went home to be with his lord at 2:30 in the afternoon on May 25th, 2011. He was born on April 21st 1936 in Pike County Kentucky to Gertie Alice Justice and Algar Newsome. On October 21st 1963 he married the love of his life Wanda Jeanette Mullins. He is survived by one daughter Jewel Craft, two granddaughters Staci Marie Flowers and Jessica Rani Craft, two great granddaughters Alexis Anne Marie Craft and Zoey Rani Peterson, two great grandsons (Prince) Caleb Michael Flowers and Cayden Anthony Flowers. He is also survived by his one brother A.D. Newsome of Myra Kentucky, his best friend Richard Zehner and his wife Monica Zehner. Billy loved to bowl, go to breakfast with Richard and to work in the yard. He was an avid Cincinnati Reds fan. He loved playing with his grandchildren and his little dog Angel. Billy will be sadly missed by his vast family and a host of friends and neighbors. Calling will be at the McHatton – Sadler Funeral Chapel in Warsaw from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 on Friday, May 27th, with Funeral Service at 10:00 on Saturday, May 28th with Pastor William Whitaker .
