Billy 'Bill' Wallen

Billy (Bill) R. Wallen, 68 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 8:20 pm Tuesday, September 29, 2015 in Auburn, Indiana.On June 8, 1947, he was born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Claude and Mae (Green) Wallen. He was united in marriage to Patricia McClone on June 28, 1997, who survives. Bill graduated from Prestonsburg High School in 1965. Bill worked for Zimmer, Warsaw for twenty-five years, and later retired from RR Donnelley in 2010. He was a member and Elder of Warsaw Family Worship Center.He is survived by his wife, Patricia, Churubusco; two daughters, Melissa (and spouse Charles) Chappell, Winona Lake and Melanie Wallen, Warsaw; one step-son, Thad (and spouse Shannon), Albion and one step-daughter, Tara McClone, Palestine; three brothers, Claude (and spouse Martha) Wallen, Warsaw, Charles (and spouse Carolyn) Wallen, McDowell, Kentucky, and Don (and spouse Terri) Wallen, Pikeville, Kentucky; and six grandchildren. His parents and one sister, Betty Jo Ramey, preceded him in death. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Warsaw Family Worship Center with pastor and long-time friend William Whitaker officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
