Beverly Ann Moody

Beverly A. Moody, 85, of Warsaw, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

Beverly was born June 26, 1937 in Michigan the daughter of (the late) Russell and Helen (Lucas) Himes.

She retired in 1999 after 35 years of service as a glove bundler with Jomac Inc. Country music was of her favorites. In her spare time, she enjoyed needle point and camping. Beverly cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren. She was of the Baptist faith and attended the Wayside Baptist Church, Warsaw.

Beverly will be lovingly remembered by her, daughters: Cheryl Blair, Atwood, and Ruby Schoettmer, Warsaw; son: Steve Moody, Etna Green; 1 sister: Sharon McNees, Joelton, TN; 6 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 5 sisters.

Visitation from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Thursday May 4, 2023 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, 2290 Provident Ct. Warsaw.

Funeral services in celebration of Beverly’s life will begin at 1:00 pm in the funeral chapel with Pastor Terry Bradford officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, Plymouth.
