Bentley M. (Rogaskie) Swafford, 1 day old, of Warsaw, IN passed away in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN on May 7, 2011. Bentley was born May 7, 2011 in Warsaw, IN to Matthew Swafford and Rebecca Rogaskie, who survive. In addition, he is survived by his maternal grandparents Gerri Lee and Steve Reisinger of Claypool, IN; paternal grandparents Claude and Debbie Swafford of Warsaw, IN and a maternal great-grandfather Jack Anderson of Willmer, MN. Services will be Thursday May 12, 2001 at 11:00 am in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel. Pastor Roy Blake will officiate. Calling is one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will follow in the Garden of the Angels, Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, IN.
