Benjamin L Taylor

Benjamin Lee Taylor, 47, passed away late Tuesday night at his home from a long and difficult battle with depression and alcohol addiction.

He was born on April 16, 1976, to Kenneth and Debbie Allen Taylor, who survive and reside in Pierceton. He married his wife of almost 27 years, Courtney Hutchison, on July 19, 1996, who survives and lives in Warsaw. Father to Alivia Lorene Blocher (Kyle) and Blake Lee Taylor. Doting and loving papaw to Emberly Rain Lowe and Rohan Bennett Blocher. They were the lights of his life. He is also survived by his brother, George Taylor, North Carolina. He leaves behind many loving uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his grandparents Orval and Lorene Taylor.

Ben was a kind soul who would bend over backwards to help anyone in need, whether he knew them or not, and did so many, many times throughout his short life. He was a collector of many hobbies that usually required immediate purchase of many items to accomplish the newfound passion. Amazon is going to miss you.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, June 4 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw.

In lieu of flowers, his family asks that you give out that extra hug, smile to a stranger or help someone in need. You never know what a huge difference your small deed could make.
