Baby Emmitt Michael Scott Francis, passed away Monday, October 22, 2018 at 11:44 PM in Dupont Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN. He was born October 22, 2018 in Fort Wayne, IN to Taylor Rothenberger and Anthony Francis. Surviving are his Parents; Anthony Francis and Taylor Rothenberger both of Warsaw; Taylor is also formerly of Avilla, IN, also surviving are Maternal Grandparents; Adam and Kelly Rothenberger of Avilla, IN and Erin Sampson (fiancé Justin Perry) of Warsaw, Sister; Olivia Rothenberger, of Warsaw, Brother; Addison Francis, of Warsaw, Uncles; Tanner Rothenberger, Ethan Francis, Tristan Rothenberger, and Finn Sampson, Aunts; Ava Sampson, and Lea Rothenberger also survive. He was preceded in death by one Sister; Ellie Francis. Funeral Services and Interment will be private. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is entrusted with all arrangements.
