Anna M. Bays

Anna M. Bays, age 87, of Winona Lake, Indiana passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 1:20 PM in Kosciusko Community Hospital. She was born on May 22, 1932 in Prestonsburg, KY to Amos and Annie (Reffit) Marsillett. Anna lived most of her life in the Kosciusko County area. She was united in marriage to Turner Bays on October 6, 1968 in Pierceton, IN; she was previously married and preceded in death by her former husband, Elmon Honeycutt. She was a member of the Pentecostal Lighthouse Church, Warsaw. During her life Anna loved to crochet, garden, cook, and can fresh garden goods. She loved being with her family especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her son; Wayne Honeycutt of Mesa, AR, daughter; Rose (Tracy) Green of South Whitley, IN, sister; Nancy Hile of Warsaw, grandchildren; Melanie Barrett, Corey Green, Christy Green, Holly Green, and numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her son; Jeff Honeycutt, 3 brothers, and 7 sisters. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 9, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 11:00 AM in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Pastor Glen Hughes will officiate the service. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.
