Angela Kay Bruggner

February 1, 1976 — December 15, 2020

Angela Kay Bruggner unexpectedly passed away, Tuesday, December 15th, 2020 in Fort Wayne, Ind. Angela was born in Elkhart, Ind. on February 1st, 1976 to Dennis and Tamela Bruggner. While Angela lived in many areas throughout the country, she called home, Warsaw, Ind.  Angela was a caretaker and nanny while raising her own daughter, Catie.  Catie was the light of her life.  Angela also had a special bond with her nephews Ian, Ayden, and Arlyn Nettleton. The world would stop without hesitation to help and spend time with her boys.  Angela was intelligent beyond words, cared passionately for others and often times put others before herself. Angela loved a good argument, talking about memories of her daughter growing up. Angela loved decorating for Christmas and was one of her favorite holidays. Family get togethers were very important to her. Often times we would all end up together eating a meal. She loved to tell stories of Angela, Steven, and Beth’s shenanigans. She also loved crafting and DIY projects. Angela loved animals but had a special bond with dogs and cats. Angela left behind, her daughter, Catriona (Catie Bruggner); sisters, Beth Hatfield, Tiffany Nettleton-Hill; brothers, Nick Bruggner, C.J. Hart, Steven Stelzer, Brandon Allen, Darin Nettleton; nephews, Ian, Ayden and Arlyn Nettleton, Wyatt House; nieces, Lynsie Hatfield, Breanna Creekmore. In addition, survivors include, her adoptive parents, Elizabeth and Rodney Stelzer, biological parents, Dennis Bruggner and Tamela Cullen-Bruggner, and companion Mike Gleason.
