Ana M. Fajardo, 82, of 900 Provident Drive, Warsaw, Indiana, died on 6/18/2009 at 8:15 am at Mason Healthcare Center, Warsaw, Indiana. She was born on July 22, 1926 in Panama. Ana is the Daughter of Reinaldo and Ascencion (Arquelles) Fajardo. She moved to Warsaw 33 years ago.Ana worked as a Registered Nurse in New York City, New York for 15 years and then worked as a Machine Operator for G.T.I. and as a Punch Press Operator.She is survived by 1 Daughter; Maruja Fllores, Panama1 Grandson; Rudy Ramirez, Warsaw, IndianaAna is preceded in death by her Parents. Services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Warsaw, Indiana on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at 10:00 am. Calling hours will be 5:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral chapel on Monday, June 22, 2009. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana.
