Ada Ruth Meredith Ada Ruth Meredith, 101, Cottage Grove, Minnesota formally of Pierceton, Indiana passed away on August 11, 2014 at White Pines Assisted Living, Cottage Grove Minnesota. There will be a graveside service on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton, Indiana with Chaplain Bob Jarboe (Kosciusko Home Care Hospice)officiating. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
