Teddy W. Hudson

Teddy Hudson, 74 of Silver Lake, IN passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at 4:30 am in Mason Health and Rehabilitation Center Warsaw, IN. He was born March 1, 1937, Roann, IN to Homer and Helen ( Baker) Hudson. Teddy graduated from Laketon High School 1956. He faithfully served his country in the United States Army from 1959 to 1962. He retired from Wabash National, Silver Lake, Indiana and was formerly employed by Schuler Farms, Blue Flame Gas Co. and Franger Gas Co.. His hobbies included Drag Racing and Stock Car Racing. Teddy was an avid Chicago Cubs, IU Basketball and NASCAR fan. He was formerly married Joan Jamison. They had two daughters Sonya L. Hudson, Lafayette, IN, who survives, and Michelle Leigh Hudson who preceded him in 1971. Other survivors include a sister Donnabelle (husband Robert) Rider of Sidney, IN; brothers Jordan (wife Ann) Hudson of Roann, IN and Dean (wife Barbara Hudson of Silver Lake, IN. In addition, many nieces and nephews survive. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 12:00 pm in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel Warsaw, IN. Calling hours will be 2 hours prior to the service. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery Warsaw, IN with Military Honors by the Warsaw American Legion Post #49 and Warsaw VFW Post #1126.
