Roberta Mae Kreis, 81, of Claypool, Indiana, died on 2/18/2011 at 12:20 pm at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne, Indiana. She was born on January 24, 1930 in St. Louis, MO. Roberta was born to Earl and Lillian (Winkluman) Lister.On April 15,1948 in Rolla,MO she was united in marriage to Verle Burton Kreis. She was a Kosciusko County, IN resident since 1930.Roberta retired in 1995 being formerly employed by Owens-Illinois-Kimble Glass Division as Packer. She is survived by her loving family, including her husband, Burton Kreis of Claypool, IN; 1 daughter, Beverly (spouse Garry) Miller of Claypool, IN; 1 son, Greg Kreis of Talma, IN; 5 brothers, Russell (spouse Joyce) Lister of Vida, MO;Bob (spouse Leota) Lister of Rolla, MO; Bill (spouse Lois) Lister of Rolla, MO; Don(spouse Merdina) Lister of Silver Lake, IN and Henry (spouse Carol) Lister Sebring, FL. In addition, Roberta is survived by 4 sisters Janet (spouse Russell) German of Waynedale, IN; Norma Jean Walker of Abilene, TX; Marge (spouse Ron) Hudek of Buffalo Gap, TXand Nancy (spouse Bob) Alexander of Columbia City , IN. Furthermore, 2 GrandchildrenChad Kreis of Warsaw, IN;Jada (spouse Keith) Hill of Claypool, IN; 3 great-grandchildren Devin Brown, D'Marcus Brown and D'Anthony Hill all of Claypool, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents , one sister: Emily Stevenson of Rolla, MO and one grandson Scott Kreis of Warsaw, IN. Pastor Mick Tomlinson will officiate the funeral services. Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw, IN on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 1:00 pm. Calling hours will be 4-7 pm on Tuesday, February 22, 2011. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery - Claypool, IN. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw, In is in charge of arrangements.
