Nathaniel Miller

Nathaniel S. “Nat” Miller, 65, passed away in his home surrounded in love on Monday, August 21, 2023 at 8:22 a.m.

Nat was born in Warsaw, Indiana on March 26, 1958, to Luther and Carolyn (Tillman) Miller. He graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School and went on to become an ASE certified master mechanic.

On May 12, 1979 in Warsaw, Nat married Tina Kindig and the couple would share 44 years together.

He would work for Ryder for many years until his health declined. If Nat wasn’t tinkering with something, he could be found in front of the tv. He was always willing to share his knowledge in fixing almost anything, and when he grew weaker, he would do the research you needed from home to find a fix-it answer. His kids were professional flashlight holders and learned many skills from their dad. He attended The River Worship Center.

Nat is dearly missed by his loving wife, Tina, and their children: April (Marc Buchanan) Eberly of Claypool, Shelly (Shane) Howard of North Manchester, Matthew (Brittany) Miller of Churubusco, IN and Anna Shelton; 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; and siblings: Marsha (Brad) Cleveland of Warsaw, Tim (Jane) Miller of Nappanee, Luke (Connie) Miller of Claypool, Frank (Carrie) Miller of Columbia City and Carol Vick of Franklin, KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Randy Miller and sister Juli Miller.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023 from 10-12 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw. Funeral services will follow at noon.

Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, to help the family with funeral expenses.
