September 28, 1957 — July 23, 2013

Kenneth L. Wright age 76, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday July 23rd, 2013 at 1:10 pm at Masons Health Care and Rehabilitation, Warsaw. On October 11, 1936, Kenneth was born to James F. and Leah (Warren) Wright in Peru, Indiana. He was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County residing in the Pierceton area. On Sept 28th, 1957 he married Sondra Cook in Pierceton at the Methodist Church, she survives. Kenneth attended the First Baptist Church of Pierceton. Kenneth worked at Zimmer USA for twenty seven years as a tool and die maker, retiring in 1997. Kenneth was a Cub Master and Assistant Scout Leader for the Boy Scouts in Pierceton. He enjoyed his service to the community being involved with the Boy Scouts, and coaching Little League. Kenneth enjoyed camping and canoeing with his family, a family tradition that the family continues today. After retirement, Kenneth also enjoyed spending winters with his wife at Fort Myers, Florida. While in Florida, Kenneth would enjoy being out on the sea, deep sea fishing. Kenneth is survived by his wife Sondra Wright; a son, Kenneth (spouse Brenda) Wright II of Warsaw; a daughter-in-law, Joyce Wright of Warsaw; granddaughters, Julia Wright of Warsaw, Staci (spouse Thomas) Young of Warsaw; grandsons, Kyle Wright of Warsaw, Stephen Wright of St. Paul, MN; Sister-in-law, Lillie Wright of North Webster; brother-in-law, Paul Arnold, Constantine, MI, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Kenneth was preceded in death by his Mother and Father, son Kevin Wright, great -grandchild Adrienne Lynae Young, one brother James Wright and two sisters, Jean Jensen and Phyllis Arnold. Funeral services for Kenneth will be held at Saturday July 27th, 2013 at 11:00 am at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Visitation will be on Friday July 26th, 2013 from 4:00pm to 8:00 pm at the Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Dr. Mark Fishburn of First Baptist Church of Pierceton will be officiating the service. Burial will be at the Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton. Family has asked for memorials to be made out to the First Baptist Church of Pierceton, 208 West Market Street, Pierceton, Indiana 46562 or the American Cancer Society-Northwest Indiana Office, 130 Red Coach Drive, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545.
