Frank Hernandez

Frank Hernandez, 59, of Cromwell, Indiana, died on 1/21/2011 at 3:28 am at his residence. He was born on June 13, 1951 in San Antonio, Texas. Frank was born to Jose and Nestora (Estrada) Hernandez. He is a 50 year resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana. On March 10, 1973 in Milford, IN he was united in marriage to Maria Rangel. Frank was employed by Supreme Corporation of Goshen, In as Machine Operator and was formerly employed by CSX railroad. He attended Wawasee Lakeside Chapel in Cromwell, IN. Frank faithfully served his Country during the Vietnam Conflict in the United States marine Corps from 1968 to 1970 as a Lance Corporal in Company “A”, Amphibious Track Battalion. Frank is survived by his loving family, including, his wife Maria Hernandez of Cromwell, In; four daughters Mary Veronica (spouse Jose) Vazquez of Cromwell, IN; Christine (spouse Chet) Goodman of Pierceton, IN; Patricia Hernandez of Cromwell, IN and Adrienne Hernandez of Cromwell, IN.In addition, other survivors include his mother Nestora Hernandez of Elkhart, IN, brothers Fred Hernandez of Elkhart, IN; Joe Hernandez, Jr. of Topeka, IN; David Hernandez of Milford, IN; and sisters Mary Luisa Hernandez of Milford, IN; Connie Hermosillo of Milford, IN; Teresita Hernandez of Goshen, IN; and Alice Navarro of Indianapolis, IN.. He was preceded by his father and one brother Manuel Hernandez. Pastors Harlan Steffen, Brad Cox and Roy Blake will officiate the services. Military rites will be rendered by the Warsaw American Legion Post #49 and the Warsaw, Veteran of Foreign Warsaw Post #1126 at Oakwood Cemetery Warsaw, Indiana at 9:30 am on Wednesday, January 26, 20011 with a service to follow at Wawasee Lakeside Chapel at 11:00 am. Services will be held at Wawasee Lakeside Chapel Cromwell, IN on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at 11:00 am. Burial will be at 9:30 am in Legion Circle at Oakwood Cemetery Warsaw, IN.
