Duane Wagner, 66 of Sidney, Indiana passed away at 9:41 am Monday, April 14, 2014 in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. He was born on March 1, 1948 in Frankfort, Indiana to Roscoe and Nicy E. (Young) Wagner. He was united in marriage to Naoma Hall on September 18, 1981 in Warsaw. He graduated from North Manchester High School, class of 1966. Duane served in the U.S. Army from 1968- 1970. He then worked for Gatke Corporation from 1971 – 1992 and then worked for the City of Warsaw from 1992 – 1995. He also worked for Whitko High School from 1995 – 2012. He is survived by his wife, Naoma Wagner, Sidney; four children, Jeff (and spouse Cindy) Wagner, Mentone, Alan (and spouse Christel) Wagner, Plymouth, Jacki (and spouse Garry) McCleary, Warsaw and Andrea (and spouse Kevin) Engle, Warsaw; fourteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He is also survived by his special pet, Peanut; one brother, Jack (and spouse Darlene) Wagner, North Manchester and two sisters, Betty Williams, Lake Station and Pat (and spouse Lamoine) Thomas, North Manchester. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Diane Hoover. A funeral service will be at 11:00 am Friday, April 18, 2014 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with Pastor Glenn Hall officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Claypool. Visitation hours will be from 4:00 – 8:00 pm Thursday, April 17, 2014 in the funeral chapel.
