Donald T. Morrison

Donald T. Morrison, 71, of Niles, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at his residence.

Donnie was born on October 31, 1953 in Niles, MI to Woodrow and Lottie (Josephine) Morrison.

His lifetime companion was Harriet George who passed away in 2022.

Donnie enjoyed fishing and mowing his lawn. He liked to tinker with small motor repair and was known to “keep the peace in the family.”

Donnie will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Candy (Garrett) Sallee of Niles, MI and stepdaughter Christinia George (Jacob Phend) of Columbia City; grandchildren Vincent, Garrett (Cassie) Sallee, Emily (Austin Hirsch), Zoey, and Sophia Sallee, Chandler, Camie, Tesa, Lexis, Morgan, and Cassidy George, Cameron Phend; brother Jim Morrison; sister Helen (Jim) Britton of Niles, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in passing by both parents, his companion Harriet, and six brothers.

A Celebration of Donnie’s life with be held at a later date.
