Deanne Greer, 73, of Nappanee, Indiana, died on 1/26/2011 at 5:00 pm at Elkhart General Hospital, Elkhart, Indiana. She was born on April 17, 1937 in Muncie, Indiana. Deanne was the daughter of James Max and Imogene (Joris) Rutherford. She resided in Nappanee for the past 4 years.Deanne worked as a homecare giver in Florida and also was a homemaker. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.She is survived by 2 Sons; Dennis (and spouse Jama) Whitacre, NappaneeDouglas (and JoAnna) Whitacre, Tampa, Florida4 Grandchildren; Cabryanne WhitacreDillon (and spouse Kristin) WhitacreBen WhitacreMegan Leckey2 Great Grandchildren; Kyler White and Jaden Cameron. A memorial luncheon will be held for friends and family on Saturday, February 5th from 11:30 - 1:30 pm at the Regency Banquet and Reception Hall, located at 3311 West Fox Ridge Lane, Muncie, Indiana 47304. Burial will be at a later date. McHatton-Sadler funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana is in charge of arrangements.
