David Susaraba

David A. Susaraba, age 45, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away Saturday, June 7, 2014 in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN. He was born August 30, 1968 in Wilkes-Barre, PA to Nicholas and Shirley (Coleman) Susaraba, Sr. He was Warsaw, IN resident since 1974. He was united in marriage to Jodi L. Schuh in Warsaw, IN on September 10, 1994. He was a Model Maker Specialist for Depuy Synthes Orthopaedics with 27 years of service. He was a member of First Christian Church, Warsaw. David enjoyed buying toys for children hospitalized in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne while David was a patient himself. Survivors include his wife Jodi Susaraba of Warsaw, IN; daughter Hannah Susaraba of Warsaw, IN; mother Shirley Murphy of Warsaw, IN; brothers Nicholas (spouse Penny) Susaraba, Jr. of Silver Lake, IN, Timothy Susaraba of Ohio, John (spouse Kathy) Susaraba of Warsaw, IN; sister Mitzie (spouse Tim) Hensen of Warsaw, IN and stepmother Marilyn Susaraba of Sebring, FL. A daughter Rebekah Lyn Susaraba, his father Nicholas Susaraba, Sr. and stepfather Charlie Murphy preceded him. A Memorial Service will be conducted at 12:00 PM Saturday, June 14, 2014 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Calling hours are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday. Pastor Jon Henbree will officiate the services. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Memorial contributions may be made to: The David A.
