David Lowell Biltz, 78 of Warsaw, IN passed away Saturday February 13, 2016 at 10:42 p.m. at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, IN. He was born to Clarence and Margaret (Timko) Biltz on November 11, 1937 in Warsaw, IN. He married Francis Gayle Reese at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw, IN on December 5, 1959. He honorably served in the United States Marine Corps in the 1st Force Reconnaissance Company FMF PAC., returning after 4 years of service in 1959. He has been a lifetime resident of Warsaw. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and American Legion Posts Warsaw #49 and Wabash Post # 15. he retired from Zimmer Biomet as a machinist operating a CNC. He enjoyed listing to county music, when traveling everywhere they drove and he was the best popcorn maker. David is survived by his wife (Gayle) of 56 years 2 sons, David Lowell Biltz II of Warsaw, IN and Mark (and spouse Tina) Biltz of Larwill, IN. a daughter Kathryn Jean (and spouse Manolo) Dosal of Goshen, a brother Clarence (and spouse Carolyn) Biltz of Wabash, IN, a sister Helen Jean (and spouse Donald) Goff of Wabash, IN; grandchildren, Jenny, Celia, Samantha, Tisha, Carie, Nole, Kalee and Katelyn and 13 Great Grandchildren He was preceded by his parents, 3 brothers, 1 sister, 1 son and 1 daughter, also his beloved dog “Maggie”. A Service of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday February 18, 2016 at 11 a.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, IN with Father Phil DeVoler officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, IN with Military Honors by the American Legion Post #49 and US Military Funeral honor guard. Visitation will be on Wednesday February 17, 2016 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Rosary service will be held at 7:30 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, IN. Memorial contribution are to be made to Sacred Heart School 135, N Harrison St., Warsaw, IN 46580
