Carl James Hale, 66 of Little Chapman Lake, Warsaw, Indiana, passed away at 10:20 am, Monday, January 30, 2012 in his son's residence. On June 14, 1945, he was born to George and Mallie (Richardson) Hale in Albion, Michigan. He was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County. Carl was formerly employed by Da-Lite Screen, ABC Inc., and Dalton Foundry. He is survived by two sons; Chris (and spouse Christy) Hale, Warsaw and Damian (and spouse Anna) Hale, Portsmouth, Ohio; two sisters, Diane (and spouse Jim) White, Meza, Arizona and Vickie (and spouse Greg) Freeman, Ariston, Alabama; 2 brothers, Tim (and spouse Evelyn) Barton, Mentone and Gary (and spouse Laura) Barton, Mentone; companion, Gerald M. Miller, Warsaw; 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, George M. Hale and one half-brother, Terry Barton. Funeral services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 1:00 pm with Chaplain Bob Jarboe officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Visitation will be from 11:00 - 1:00 pm, Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the funeral chapel. The family requests memorial contributions are to be made to Carl Hale Fund C/o McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
