Addison “Jeff” Warrix, 59 of Warsaw passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at 5:40 p.m. in his residence. He was born on July 19, 1954 to Add and Juanita (Joseph) Warrix in Paintsville, Kentucky. He is a lifetime residence of Kosciusko. Jeff was united in marriage to Teresa Arnett on July 25, 1978 in Warsaw. He worked in the RV industry. Jeff is survived by his wife Teresa Warrix of Warsaw; a daughter Heidi and her spouse Daniel Blake of Warsaw; a son Nathan and his spouse Mary Warrix of Syracuse, Indiana; his brothers Garry and his spouse Grace Warrix of Abilene, Texas and Jason and his spouse Hope Davis of Findley, Ohio also there is one grandson Cayman Addison Blake. He is preceded in death by his parents.Jeff enjoyed playing his bass guitar, working on his truck and being with his family. There will be a funeral service on Thursday, December 26, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with Chaplain Forrest Tabor officiating. Visitation will be 2 hours prior (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) to the service on Thursday, December 26, 2013 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Memorial contribution are the Kosciusko County Cancer Care Fund, K21 Health Foundation, P.O. Box 1810, Warsaw, Indiana 46581-1810
