Arnold was born to Arnold Rowe Sr. and Margaret Jean (Wright) Rowe. He moved to Warsaw almost 10 years ago. He married Connie Burk on September 22, 1987 in Sturgis, South Dakota. He worked in Railroad Ties production in South Dakota and also worked for Dalton Foundry, Warsaw for several years. He is survived by his Wife; Connie Rowe, Warsaw, Indiana 3 Sisters; Patricia (and spouse Michael) Helton, Warsaw, Indiana Betty (and spouse Dennis) Bowen, Peru, Indiana Tammy Higgins, Summerville, Georgia 2 Step Sons; Jessie Maze, Warsaw, Indiana Bud Dunn, Warsaw, Indiana 3 Step Grandsons; Marcus and Matthew Dunn, Warsaw, Indiana Jordan Maze, Warsaw, Indiana He is preceded in death by his Parents and several Aunts and Uncles.
Burial will be at a later date.
